It notices the call.

Seduta sees Zoom, Teams or Meet open the microphone and asks if it should record.

Your Mac writes it down.

Questions

Does anyone see a bot in the call?
No. Seduta records on your Mac and hears both sides of the call. Nobody joins, and nothing new shows up in the participant list.
Which languages?
25 European languages, and people can switch between them within one meeting. Swiss German works on the Mac as an optional download.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no Seduta account. Your meetings are plain files on your devices.
What about consent?
Recording is your call. Seduta reminds you to let everyone know, next to every record button, and it never records in secret.
What happens to the audio?
It stays on your device and in your own iCloud Drive folder, nowhere else. After the transcript is ready, the audio is kept for 48 hours (or the time you set), then moves to Recently Deleted, and after that it is erased. You can change both windows in Settings.
